Teguise Market


La Villa de Teguise has become one of the main cultural and touristic areas on the island. Each Sunday morning La Villa turns into a colorful market where you can find pottery, goat cheese, homemade bread and ocarinas, all animated by local folkloric groups, with their glittering festive costumes, sing songs and dance.

Haria Market 


The traditional market of Haria, with years of experience, specializes in selling crafts and farming in Lanzarote. Its importance for the maintenance and promotion of the manufacturing sector was recognized in 2004 with the Distinguished Award in the category of Tourism and Leisure Events Tourist Interest, issued by the Tourism Council of Lanzarote.

In this sense, the traditional market has been highlighted as Haria resort for its cultural contribution, which has brought tourists to the typical land and the northern district of Lanzarote.

In the square of Haria, gathered every Saturday morning, different local artisans offer all kinds of products identifying Lanzarote, of which the palm and basketry have the tourists closest attention.

Market in Marina Rubicon


Located in the Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca, this market forms part of an elegant mall with lots of variety and quality products.

It’s well worth a visit, not only for the variety of dining and shopping, but also for the extraordinary and relaxing environment.


Opening Hours: Wednesday and Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00

Market in Arrecife

 

Every Saturday in Arrecife by Avenida del Mar (directly in front of the sea) starts the Calle Real (pedestrian walk), many stalls are also at the Teguise Market on Sunday.

Market in Costa Teguise


In the Plaza Pueblo Marinero of Costa Teguise. A small market is held where you will find many of the stalls at Teguise market on Sundays. The atmosphere is warm, with bars and locals.
The market is a very nice place to spend the afternoon on Friday.

Farmers Market and Artisans Tinajo


The Farmers Market and Artisan Tinajo opened is stalls on Sunday 30 July, 2006.

The distribution of U-shaped market consists of nine stone souks organized in: 9 posts; agricultural products, livestock products, fish products, and pastry crafts.

Inside, it lists the traditional sectors of the municipality of Yaiza, starting with agriculture, continuing with livestock products, followed by the products of the sea, and of course we can’t forget about the pastry and typical Canarian crafts. It also has folk performances to different samples and activities related to the primary sector: traditional threshing samples, displays and exhibition of young specimens of donkeys born in the town, vintage samples and grape stomping, a ‘tafeña’ sample (roasted millet ), preparation of ‘gofio’ etc.
