Rural House Caletón del Golfo
Caleton Del Golfo is an old house, located in the El Golfo, southwest of the island of Lanzarote, by the sea; bordering the Timanfaya National Park. It has been family owned since the late nineteenth century and was always used as a holiday residence.
In 2000 was adapted to provide its current use for rural tourism. It has 3 fully equipped apartments and it retains the traditional typical Canarian architecture. During the first restoration, in the 60’s Cesar Manrique intervened; at the time cousin of the owners.
The house revolves around a courtyard with a cistern that collects rainwater from the roofs, and then distributed to the rooms. We wanted to keep intact the magnificent terrace to continue to enjoy the sun, eat or watch the unrivaled sunsets.
We want you to enjoy this home as intensely as the many generations of our family did and especially our grandparents.
Caleton del Golfo participates in environmental protection, so we recycle waste and actively seek to do everything possible using energy saving light bulbs, drip irrigation, saving faucet flow, dual cargo tanks and everything required for the footprint we leave on the island as small as possible.

Manuel: This apartment has magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and has 30 m2. Abuelos: this apartment has magnificent views of the Atlantic
Ocean and is 30 m2. It is equipped with a 32” led smart tv, wifi, satellite tv, double bed, security safe, reading lamp, private bathroom with magnifying mirror, hair dryer and
shower, kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, blender and juicer.
Eufemia: this apartment offers views of the interior patio of the
house and is 25 m2. It is equipped with a 43” led smart tv, wifi, satellite tv, double bed, security safe, reading lamp, private bathroom with magnifying mirror, hair dryer and
shower, kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, blender and juicer.
Lorenzo: This spacious apartment offers views of the interior
patio of the house and is 35 m2. It is equipped with a 43” led smart tv, wifi, satellite tv, two single beds, security safe, reading lamp, private bathroom with magnifying mirror,
hair dryer and shower, kitchen with dishwasher microwave, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, blender and juicer.
Andrea Studio: Our cozy 20m2 studio has a 22” led tv, wifi,
satellite tv, double bed, security safe, reading lamp, private bathroom with magnifying mirror, hair dryer and shower, kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, blender and
juicer.

Two pools: Fresh –water pool located on the terrace of the house and the second is a natural pool of seawater with exclusive access from the house.
The Terrace: A large terrace measuring 200 square meters with hammocks and outdoor furniture.
